The info I received doesn't specify exact reason why you cannot receive new messages (your inbox might be full). But basic functionality does work somhow. But in case of regular nSane members such situation might easily happen (I.e. my inbox is permanently [almost] full ) . That's why the info about specific reason why PM can't be sent would be valuable and useful. I have seen several times users prompting other nSane members in RSU or just threads - to free some inbox space, since they couldn't reach them by PMs. It would be better not to receive such requests from people that have been actually blocked !!!!
