Did you try using the recommended size for text and other items?

How to do that? :(

Even in firefox I'm having to magnify the pages.

It's a lot of change for me.

Right click an empty section on the Desktop >> Screen resolution >> Change the size of all items.

It's set to 125% which is the recommended one.

I have options of 100, 150, 175, 200 and custom scaling also.

Stay on recommended?

IMO, 100% should correct your issue — however, (as previously mentioned,) this is a matter of personalization.

100% fixes the filtering log performance but all items are now smaller in size.

Also how to configure firefox to set 105or 110% as default? Because sites in firefox are like so small

On Firefox, you can set the Minimum Font Size as the default of your choice:—

Firefox Preferences >> Content >> Fonts & Colors >> Advanced.

Hmm, I'm having to overpower the site's font to do that and when I do so, some options on sites gets broken or are not visible.

What's your min. size? Yours is 1920x1080 as well I think.

In that case leave the Minimum font size to none

Proportional to 16

Monospace to 13

Disable Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of your selections above.

I find the font size good enough — you might want to post a screenshot of the nSane homepage as a reference point.

One factor that could be responsible for a disparity might be the OS — you're running Windows 10?

If it's not the OS, it could be (you're not going to like this one) your version of Firefox. :sneaky:

What about it?

I'm on Stable version for this one.

It complicates matters — CTR comes into the picture with it's host of multifaceted enhancements.

I will have to go the manual way then, I'm guessing.

Modify accordingly. ;)

Don't have that entry on my about:config — threatening to turn into a busy season for ya? :P

Looks like it.

The graphic prop and sound are also advanced level option. I'm at default in these settings, I'm sure they can be optimized further.

But yeah, looks too much work, I've never worked at this resolution before, so it's a problem.

I think I'm done, I just need to get hold of things. Get used to it, I suppose.

I'm loving the colors and the graphic quality already.

And now the previous laptop feels a bit shitty. :P

If you like what you read, would suggest starting with the latest V7 (I can help with this one) — if you like what you see you might want to graduate to the V8 (WALLONN7 should be able to help with this one.) ;)

@dcs18 As I mentioned in one of my posts, I use MPC-BE and I know you do too.

The question is in my earlier laptop, I was using MPC-BE standalone without anything extra because of HW incompetency.

Do you recommend I should now pair it up with LAV filters and madVR?

Can you also tell me what difference I will have in say, quality - CPU - RAM usage etc, with just MPC-BE, and then pair it up with LAV filters and finally have the company of madVR with the two.

I red the posts of 2014, seems that the key of all was Teamviewer, maybe things different if allowed the test.

What is this post about? I'm missing the context. :D
