So this information is for sure confirmed that they blocked keys in customer support? :(

If they use MySQL or ~, with just an interrogation they can block all the keys gained that day with that code. If they didn't block the key until now, they might consider that this will look bad on their image if they do so, and as I said above, maybe there are people who bought it at half price with that code.

Is like going into a store, buy something and after few days the store representant calls back to tell you that their promotion wasn't real and take your products back. This will affect realy bad their image.

when you goto activate online once...

you can open C:\Program Files (x86)\Shield\Shield.dat by ultraedit...

search "RM" you will find

product id:

activation id:

serial:

then you can activat offline in the same machine....

It seems that a new build is coming later this week with some fixes.Their licensing server had some problems for the past week,now it has been fixed.Did anyone have problems activating it online now?

A Single License is perpetual to the version purchased.

Regarding update:
- In-version updates (example version 10.0 > 10.1 , 10.2, 10.3 etc) is free for all users even without Gold Support purchase

- major upgrades (ex. version 10 > version 11) is only free if you are current with Gold Support subscription.

So ours keys will works with 10.2, 10.3, 10.4... 10.9 but will do NOT works witch 11.x :)

v10.2 will work,unless they block the key and deactivate Rollback Rx remotely.Not so sure about v10.3.They might change the activation method once again.
