I think there's difference with x64 and x86.. concerning those "missing" features. Tried virtually, x86 has those "features" and x64 not!

And I did not use PureFix at all... but please somebody confirm this.

can you see this after this fix ???

my autenthic answer:

So... The problem seems to be... not because of the Fix but because of ESET and Windows 7 .... ( 32 and 64 bits ). That means... a new version of ESET will be done sooner or later...( as usual :tooth: )

Good, sense it`s not @PurpleBeanZ fault !

absolutely there is nothing wrong with the windows 7 whether it 32 or 64 bit system.

i dont know who cause this sh*t. eset programmer or the fix.

i'll back to real AV like norton, kasperky, avast, etc

But... I still advertise to the ones that have problems with the FIX use the TNODUP beta... it works flawless... well at least to me after 3 windows 8 installations xD

When it tries to auto update I get the following error:

post-35863-0-75971900-1316098470_thumb.j

It updates manually np but for some strange reason every time it tries to update automatically I get this error.

I have a solution which keeps the web protection active :)

1) uninstall eset 5 + reboot (if eset installed)

2) install eset 5

3) activate trial license (any garbage email address will work)

4) do a manual update - you will get a 15mb ish update

5) reboot in safe mode and run purefix 2beta

6) restart into normal mode and run update again

working for me on 3 pc's :)

let me know

mara, will you put some test (beta) version or will immediately make the final?

i 2nd that, but i would prefer final version 1st then we do some testing.

@PurplebeanZ Everything seems to be working fine now. The only thing that isn't is that under 'Protocol Filtering' there is no 'web and email clients' located there as in Jofre's post #785

Everything else : antispam working, webpage blocking working, and I'll have to wait and see if it automatically updates.

Thanks PbeanZ :D
