I just uninstall trial with TU ran IDM_Cleaner.bat . Installed Retail version , already the 23 ips were in my FW And used a KG and been working good every since. I was once like he is. after testing a patch on build 10 and the same-thing happen to me when I tried IP blocks after using a bad patch . Sounds about right to me though If he cant restore he needs to use a patch.
