I'm running Stardock WindowBlinds — it ships with about a dozen themes or so (the one you've been seeing me use, is the native Sublime theme.) There are hundreds of themes that can be downloaded, though.

I disabled adguard to take that screenshot, so it is showing those buttons.

 

I am using English filter, Spyware Filter, Social media Filter, EasyList, User Filter.

Any other good filter lists?

I needed a screenshot without your filter, so instead of going to settings and disabling the user filter, I just disabled Adguard from taskbar to save extra step of navigation.
