I upgraded my desktop & laptop from win 8 to 8.1 and the KIS is working, but I haven't tried on a clean install yetnope cause to order to do clean installation you need KIS 2013 with patch I installation files and i have not seen them yet wheather its true or not some people saying in Kaspersky forum that Kaspersky is not planning this installation file time will tell.
