Also found this new Medicine for EAV and ESS by TEAM "SHELOMO&TUVI 2OO9" ISRAEL, but when I intended to post it member Kaspersky had already done it.

Just applied on ESS v. 3.0.684 /WinXP Pro 32bits and it works - says License valid until 22.02.2222.

Here are the instructions included on the Fix :

- Install EAV/ESS v3.0.684.0 32bit (check "set update parameters later" to get past the username/password screen during installation)

- After the installation completed:

Run EAV.ESS.v3.0.684.0.32bit.FIX.v7.0-SHELOMOTUVI.exe> click yes

- Update ESET

- Enjoy EAV/ESS Forever without username/password,

FIX for ESET suddenly asking for username./password sometimes.

this fix will remove the "server checks" (servers changing to upd).

also it will add the new eset offical servers (um10 + 50-59) - 15/02/2009

Notes:

Works on EAV/ESS v3.0.684.0 *32BIT* (Home/Business <> Full/Trial)

Our FIX will do the following:

- Add the new servers updated on 15/02/2009.

- Will fix the problem that eset suddenly asking for username./password

- Use the new ekrn file 2008 (without modification of the exe).

- This fix will remove the "server checks" (servers changing to upd).

- Add and choose the new offical eset_eval folders on the servers.

- Crack the trial period limit.

- Change the PackageTag hex value to 3d93dae0 0R 0 (change ends limit).

- Add two special schedule tasks:

Change PT on startup / change PT 8 times a day (every 3 h) by REset3.exe

- our professional reseter (REset3.exe) is unique and is working very well:

It will reset eset trial limit "immediately" and you will see the changes *immediately*

unlike other fixes that require restart in order for the reset trial time to be visible.

so basically our fix will freeze the trial time and remove it.

You can also use REset3.exe to reset the limit manually

- our fix add REset3.exe into Exclusions.

- crack egui files (cosmetic changes) + remove wm.

- remove license information.

- our fix add another regular automatic update task + our crack will

load and restart ekrn.exe more often so the start time will change and therefore, it will update more frequent.

Signature and Modules/component updates will works (updated) without a problem.

will works for a very long time.. (years..) that is of course if eset servers will not go down.

no need for username or password.

this fix can't be blacklisted (only by a new version which will require a new fix fo egui anyway)

REset3.exe is added to Exclusions so eset can't delete it.

if the signature updates sometimes does not update for you:

1) this is a temporary problem with eset offical eval servers, this problem does not relate to the fix itself.

2) you need to click "Update virus signature database" (manual update) *more* times

3) only in our fix this problem is minimal and almost not happen, because our fix update eset

More often than other TR fixes.

4) automatic update is improved.

5) so wait, in the end it will be updated, don`t worry.

This fix works on: EAV/ESS v3.0.684 *32bit* (not working on 64bit OS).

I've Installed the SHELOMOTUVI Fix 7 with Smart Security 3.0684.0 and it's working fine.

But on the scheduler I noticed that Regular automatic update 2 is supposed to run an external task but there isn't any .exe selected is this just my copy or is it on everyones?

Some like NodLogin, others prefer NodEnaler .Just in case you wish to change... Never had problems with NodEnabler !

Nodlogin was working great for me for several months, up until a week or so ago. Then I switched to the

x64 version of the Shelomo . . . (or whatever) fix and it has been working great for me for several days now. I hope they do eventually release an update version of that one since the x64 version is only good for a couple of months by design. The x86 version of it has no such limitation and sounds really great, however. Unfortunately that one won't work for my X64 system.

Btw, thx for the link to the latest version of Nodenabler. I was looking for that as a backup.

Maybe it's started working again, Nodlogin has accurately been reporting that my license doesn't need to be updated so I can't see if it would pull and insert a new license for me if I needed it.

Actually, can anyone tell me how would one go about uninstalling the Shelomotuvi x64 reg fix anyway?

Version 3.0.669 has been out for ages :frusty:

Check this.

Latest version they are showing is 3.0.685, but it's very well possible that there is an 3.0.699. However I do recommend you not to install anything that claims to be that version until we frontpage it.

I installed this SHELOMO&TUVI fix yesterday on XP SP3 x86 with ESS 3.0.684.

The installation was easy and went fine but it wouldn't update. It kept coming back saying that my "virus definitions are up to date", even though it had never been updated and the definitions were from 20081024. I probably hit the update button 50+ times. I am going to leave it for a week to see if it will eventually update.

Anyone else have this problem?

with vista 64 do we just run

Update1-SHELOMOTUVI reg or do we still have to run FIX.v7.0-SHELOMOTUVI 1st and then the update?

is nb98b still working?

should we install marsu fix 2.5 to get the trial reset and nb98b and SHELOMOTUVI ones?

You just run the update file, not the x86 fix also.
