I am using built-in Windows Firewall Advance Security W7/W8.1 to apply this awesome FIX.Please provide feedback and do test yourself.With built-in Firewall, I ONLY create 01 rule outbound to block. Here below steps with some screen shot :1.2.3.4.5. Add IP's from first page as Single IP or IP Range6. Add this NEW IP's that responsible registration part of IDM174.133.70.98174.133.70.1017. Block Connection8.
