I disabled AdGuard completely, restarted Firefox and then navigated to https://www.google.com/ and https://www.youtube.com/ but did not see the above privacy banners on either sites — must be a geographical thing. I prefer to view my videos directly on the browser — not through the YouTube app. (I try not to install apps., as far as possible.) However, if you insist on using YouTube app., you might want to check out the YouTube Vanced Edition, on XDA — an alternative to the YouTube app which works great with AdGuard.
