KotaXor Posted March 20, 2010 Share Posted March 20, 2010 @ugatmeRemove the existing username and password, then run NodEnabler and see whether it insert a new username and passwords.Had not use NodEnabler for a long time, don't know if it still works, but accordingly to its forum, most are finding it not working for 4.2.35. After double-checking the sub-keys, I found that the 'Info' key had permissions removed. So, no problem.ESS 4.2.35.0 + box-mara1.3 is now up and running.Everything seems to be working.I am a little concerned about CPU and memory usage for this version, but I will give it more time. hotlips69 Posted March 23, 2010 Share Posted March 23, 2010 I've just installed NOD32 Anti-Virus 4.2.35.0 + box, mara-fix 1.3 which "appears" to be the most popular of the fixes listed here, having been using v2.70.39 with NOD32 fx 2.2 for the past couple of years. I think I've done everything correctly, but I can't find anywhere where it tells me how many "trial" days remaining, which should either be very high, or keep resetting with this fix?Also, the "Verify License Validity" option is now greyed out, which I presume is correct?Finally, how important is it to re-enable the "Self Defense" option given in the fix?Thanks in advance.
