My lifetime Pro license is completely revoked from now Most of the time, after updating CCleaner into a newer version with a so called "lifetime pro license" while you are online, it will revert back to free version. this happens because the developer wants us to reinsert and verify the key to their server. This already happens for example in IObit products, before you just need to insert the licenses even when offline, So on the version 5 of IMF I created a license with 2060 expiration to be able to use it with the upcoming version because i know that in the future IObit company will change the license activation from offline to online. and now it happened. So if anyone of us encounters a sudden reverting from pro to free of updated application (for example CCleaner), then just try to reactivate it by using the same license you have inserted before or with a new one, but be sure to disconnect online to avoid detection. jvidal Posted April 29, 2020 Share Posted April 29, 2020 no "lazy start" here, it starts just as fast as previous version don't know about false positives, since I'm not running any AV at the moment (got sick of avast false positives) according to virustotal: ccleaner64.exe 100% clean. no detections ccleaner.exe: 1 detection, by something called "ikarus", whatever the hell that is, as "trojan.suspectCRC" same goes for the slim installer, only that ikarus crap gives a false positive. As you told before, but now, my license is revoked and the app reverted back to free version. Not pro version anymore. Good job Piriform!
