Yes this is why I used Windows 10 FWC when I used Windows 10 i still use it in Windows 8.1 . It blocks the actual dll and exes that call out not just the ip so if they change the ip it does no good. I done done my own test like this with windows 10 July-OCT 2015 . There just being Realistic, sooner are latter, if the vendor cares they will make ip changes and ip blocking will fail no mater what the software it is . Das heisst, dass darüber die Installation von nicht erwünschten Updates (wie z. B. das automatische Windows 10 Update von Win8.1 auf Win10) selektiv deaktiviert werden kann.
