it could be a false positive, if it were one of the other antivirus vendors I would think that would be the case but Kaspersky has a good reputation for not producing false positives, it's a gamble? I'm not willing to take.

In testing phase at the moment. Probably dropping this month, fingers-crossed.
Fixed a lot of old bugs and some design issues. Still have to finish the -scan mode though.
