Weird told me the key doesn't work on a down grade. I don't have the software or an account. After all said and done, it's a hugely cut down version of the full software. I got nothing to hide and my firewall does a good job. I also noticed it would not let me navigate most websites I frequently visit. I cannot spend all day putting in address'. Its not made me have to reformat windows I have 3 vpn programs installed 2 paid ones and one free one .
