Each proxy has its own dns and ip you use then for 1 or 2 things ether for piracy or getting around some type of blocks . If there was a way to get around it were they would use your own dns they would be useless because then the sites that blocked would be blocked again because it would be using your DNS . By the a VPN changes your actual DNS in your computer if you have it fixed that way and it dont get around blocks so you can use a VPN and it cant get around the blocks.

I got blocked by idm after using proxies and it didn't want let me register no matter how many times i uninstalled or reinstalled it . I got that sorted out already.

ATM, there is no IP that we missed - post Windows Update, everything working fine (for me and the rest.)

I thought it may had been Windows update but remembered I had downloaded a program through a proxy before it happened . I check updates with a proxy And it got though.

Feel free to publish those IDM proxies and we will guide you in overcoming your limitations.

Download ADOVR turn it on put in 127.0.0.1 port 9050 in socks 5 of idm and go to town . :P

I guessed it right (Advanced Onion Router). See, how much difference it makes "by just posting small/caps." You first wrote it as "ADVOR", which would not reveal anything relevant on Google. Now, when you wrote it correctly (AdvOR), you gets the desired result.

I doubt that because the internet did not exist for a lot of years when I was in diapers . And this site didn't exist tell some years after the internet did .. I 1st came here in 2007 helping some guys test NOD fixes .

Well for now only thing I know that gets me around it.. is just download using something else to download with proxy or use a patch . But patches do not keep working like blocking ips . Im just warning other users is all . If your blocking with IPS the checks are random I went all the way from June 11th tell August 12th before IDM caught me . But I only use it every now and then with socks 5 or HTTP . Tell there's a solution I would avoid this to be 100% safe .

You can configure your browser to use ADVOR as well and it will work as one with idm .

After I ran those test above checking for updates with a proxy i experienced the same thing after reboot fake serial and blocked by idm but this time it was easy to fix . because I done experienced it once . So I can confirm my problem was using proxies . Ive rebooted like 10 times since not using proxies and everything is fine.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Skype\Phone on a 64-bit installation.

Don't use those IPs - they are outdated (shall post the more recent list, if you wish.)

That option is just a workaround for n00bs - it block far lesser than the IPs do.
