Nodlogin is having the same problem, so they both are providing Eset Smart Trial licenses mainly; reason for which fixes like the one made by Purplebeanz are becoming a serious alternative.Has anyone noticed any side-effect to his fix? :think: . I have just installed it and I hope not to forget to disable it later when I update the program (the AV). :( Eset Nod licenses abound though :D so you won't have problems there with either nodlogin or minodlogin!!! Actually I fail to see the point of any other fix, box-mara's seems to be stable/working solution that's constantly being updated so why bother with different types of fixes? mara- Posted October 8, 2010 Share Posted October 8, 2010 I just want to inform everybody that "fixing" ESET in Safe Mode is not faster as you would do it like box, mara- fix (although it also works in Safe Mode). Here it is:Safe Mode version:You start your computer in Normal Mode in order to install Eset. Then you reboot to Safe mode and install the fix. Then you reboot to Normal Mode.box, mara- fix in normal mode:You start your computer in Normal Mode in order to install Eset. Then you disable Self-Defense and reboot. I think the that is the best way for ESET users because your method is update ESET in trial version but that is update ESET in full version.
