A few people have experienced this problem, could be an overloaded server, try again in a while from scratch and then try another key. I tested it 5 different times last night and had no problems.Look into your ""c:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WebSetup\Panther\setupact.log" if you find Error: 0x803d0013 therein it means that the key is not synchronized anymore with the server, most probably due to overuse. After I installed 8.1 the Windows Update had them 3 files for download. Don't know why it didn't work.
