i think that another way you can change the installation ID of Office 2013

is by going in Control Panel -> All Control Panel Items -> Programs and Features -> right click Microsoft Office 2013 -> Change -> Enter a product key

you can enter the same product key as before (especially if there is only one key available)

let the installer finish the configuration of office

and afterwards you have yourself a new installation ID

at least that's how it worked in my case

by the way, that's how i changed the installation ID of Visio VL 5 times

using the same key, putting it in the office configuration wizard, and a combination of disabled/enabled sound card/network card

and got it activated thanks to the help of another member here

I have made that topic for Windows 8.1 forgot about changing keys there for office just look disable internet and sound card explanation changing office keys there >>>>

i did that change key. but there is one key for microsoft office visio. still have the same ID :(

ps: i did disable network and sound and then run the change key installation

I have just checked Visio Key just has been blocked you need to wait next available key or install VL edition instead of retail edition then activate with MAK Keys.

There is a tool Microsoft Toolkit 2.4.9 converting retail to VL instruction is page #1 >>>
