I have just call again as loyal did has been verified above Installation ID check your system make sure your installation ID still same if it is confirmation ID send again.

Sometimes you can activate keys over internet, some keys are able to in your system therefore no ned to worry about anything. If your system says you have been activated thats enough.

Office activation nothing to do with windows activation you can get 3 different ID using same keys if you have not tried all get other ID instruction link i have already post to you with previous topic reply.

If you have time you can uninstall and reinstall the Office Product you are trying to activate using official tool below just select what Office 2013 you want to uninstall:

Uninstall Microsoft Office 2013 or Office 365
