Did you do "Complete uninstall" with resatrting PC ?

New problem of my KIS 2012.The TR worked well but the program failed to update online. Database is out of date. I have same problem with my 2 PCs 2 days ago.

I think the Kaspersky send some patchs to blocked update function.

Kaspersky have been no blocked update anti-virus, their some server maybe temporary problem.

Hi,

If there's a problem of server you may change, at least for the moment, go in update source and change your region...

Maybe it will change your source update(in France there's no problem so try it)

If it doesn't work uninstall kaspersky with the remover, and reinstall it, I think madeinheaven put the link in first page of this topic

I had change many reginals setting in update source but not worked. Now i try to add http://38.117.98.202 in source of update and it work only with this source,i don't understand.

If you live in thailand , may be problem caused by your internet provider transparent proxy (True corp.).

I live in thailand and be facing this problem too. i fixed my problem by use 3g.

May I know the expiry date of 91 Days Kaspersky Internet Security OEM Trial Keys? The first 2 keys will expire on 2nd January 2012, about one month from now. What about the other 2 keys?

Hi everyone.

I am having trouble getting 91 days with KIS 2011. SORRY guys I know this is a Kas 2012 topic and my Kis 2012 is working fine with ganjin's 1.20 trial.

With KIS 2011 I have tried Box, Ganjin 1.6a, KW 1.2.4.103 (like always deleted key, disabled self defence, exit... even restart after running trial, uninstall Kis 2011 with Kaspersky uninstall tool, clean registry etc etc) and not able to get 91 days with trial key or Code: QCGUH-J8FF6-33WGA-UBY62. Trying trial and code everyday just geting like 64 days, next day 63 and so on.

kaspersky 2012 trial resset v3.1.0.1 by Elerium is for Kav/Kis 2012 not 2011. I don't have problems with KIS 2012 using Ganjin Trial 1.20. The problem I tried to explain above is with KIS 2011. I tried this trial but it's saying: Antivirus Not Sopported

Any other trial I use for KIS 2011 + Code QCGUH-J8FF6-33WGA-UBY62 in windows xp SP3 I get for eg: yesterday 65 days, today 64 days ....

I have the same problem since yesterday as soon as i tick proxy server authentication and added username / password problem resolved.
(I am not using any trial reset)


Step to configure proxy server settings from the main application window

To configure the proxy server settings from the main application window, perform the following actions:

• Open the Kaspersky 2012 application window.
• Click on the Update button.
• In the Update window, click on the down-arrow button to open the context menu
• Select Settings from the context menu.
• In the Update window on the Source tab, click on the Proxy server button.

• Check the box Use proxy server.
  
• You can also select Automatically detect the proxy server settings, but if the application fails to detect the settings, you will need to specify these settings manually.
• If you are working in a local network, then you may need to specify proxy server authentication.
• You can also check Bypass proxy server for local addresses. This option is useful, if you are working in a local network. If you uncheck this option, then work with local addresses will be done via the proxy server and it will increase your Internet traffic.

• Click OK in the Proxy server settings window.
• Click OK in the Update window.
