It is rampant in the most fragmented of forums and is seen to afflict only those members whose usernames have the unforgivable vulnerability of starting with the dreaded character 'm.' It is most virulent in nature and can be quite destructive (it converted my Windows XP into Windows Se7en.) :DSeriously, don't believe any of that. Kaspersky warned me about the file.Therefore I had a virustotal scan that I attached to my previous post. That's right, I have only two posts, but they were not written to complain . Heuristics scanning will pick up similar code structure to malicious files as those files, even badly written programs have this problem.. Usually a minimum you will get a Possible Threat Detection Warning from your protection when it scans and detects a files that patches, replaces, or looks for registry keys, or PC information. It obfuscates your code so it's very hard to read the code. Installation Instructions------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------1. Unpack2. Install App.3. After install, stop diskeeper service.4. Copy files from Patch folder into destination directory.(Apply x32 patch for 32bits version and x64 for 64bits)5. Run keymaker (under Vista/7, YOU HAVE to right click and run it as Administrator) and press Generate Key.6. Start diskeeper service, press cancel when the expiring message pops up, run Diskeeper application,in the menus you will find an option to enter license key, enter the previously generated key.7. Application closes. 8. Then press Generate Code, go to install folder and run DKActivationReminder.exe, register now and select manual registration, copy code into application and restart. If you don't get a "Licenced to AGAiN" info in Program Bar, you did something wrong.
