But Hitman and Tom Raider running DX12 might make me install Win10 on my second SSD. By the time Microsoft gets done pimping out UWP to game developers only people that will have games on windows is if you buy them and the developers love the idea of UWP and the end of piracy. Right now there taking little baby steps its going start out with skpe and then into full blown continuum were one app or game works on all Microsoft products . A vote for windows 10 is a vote against piracy This has been in the works every since they made windows 8 to become Microsoft Unified Windows http://www.eweek.com/mobile/microsoft-approaches-threshold-of-a-unified-windows-ecosystem.html The may as will change Windows 10 to its real name Microsoft Unified Windows its a wolf in sheep's clothing , See history in a sense is just repeating its self They changed the ecosystem from MS-DOS to NT with XP but they started phasing out MS-DOS in windows 95 When they made Windows Vista they changed there ecosystem again to windows that needed bigger processors and new hardware it was a change to boost themselves and the PC industry people didn't buy it with Vista but they sold it on everyone with windows 7. With Windows 8 they started changing there ecosystem again to UWP ( Microsoft Unified Windows ) and they think there going be to able to sell it on everyone with Windows 10 like they done with Windows XP and Windows 7 before, what ecosystem will they think up next?. SSDs are great specially those using PCI slots rather than SATA but still too expensive to fit a whole Steam library in. that said, you wouldn't need a SSD on Win 10 to boost game performance if your graphic card has 4GB or more VRAM.. P.S games like GTAV can take up to 8GB of your VRAM

I don't use my SSDs for gaming i have a fast enough barracuda for that and i'm running a single MSI 970 gaming. About JC3 it's not for me,I didn't like what i saw in youtube and GTAV PC version is a mess.

R* didn't port a console game to PC, they built it from ground up, alongside the console version. seems like you haven't googled enough. lol I got more than 250 friends playing GTA online (totally random people from all over the world) and only problem we ever had was R* servers down times or when they acted up. by the way, GTX970 ain't that good to boast about, you can't set graphic settings to Ultra and expect the 970 to run smoothly for ya, cause its out of its league. I got R9 390X and I played it on Radeon 7850 about a year ago when it was released and even that time the game didn't have any optimization issue. I know people with less specs than you playing GTAV smoothly. so I don't really know what you're talking about. are you having low frame rates? disconnects from Internet? P.S you might have accidentally enabled frame scaling in graphic settings or set anti-aliasing just too high. the first one is too heavy even for TitanX (cause it merely needs 6GB of VRAM) and GTX970 can't handle more than 2X AA or else frame rate drops below 50. R forums are full of RAM related posts but hey if your 250 friends all around the world are playing it then i guess im doing something wrong. xD I guess im gonna throw my poor 970 for a 390x oven edition for just 10-15% better performance with double power consumption Ohh man that gave me a good laugh.....Thanks budd

Lol what a nice place you chose for troubleshooting! It's not double power consumption, just few watts and 8GB VRAM and more transistors explains the wattage. btw 390 and 390X beat the 970 and 980 respectively in game benchmarks. looks like we got a Nvidia fan boy over here the game was on the top 3 list of best selling titles in 2016 and that's after 3 years. in case you dunno what poor optimization looks like you should've tried call of duty black ops 3 on the first month of its release when it would use 12GB of your RAM
