Batu69
Release information is available on the Insider Hub Microsoft rolled out Windows 10 build 11082 earlier today, thus officially starting work on what’s believed to be the Redstone update coming to users sometime next year. With this release, however, Microsoft has again modified the change log approach and instead of providing information in blog posts, the company only shares some information via the Insider Hub, which is available only on systems running a preview build of Windows 10. “Starting with this build, we are also going to begin publishing known issues for the builds in the Insider Hub rather than in the companion blog post. This will allow us to have a more complete and updated set of issues for the build for Insiders to review,” Gabe Aul, head of the Windows Insider program, said. Known bugs First and foremost, it’s worth knowing that this new build is all about bug fixing and performance improvements, so you won’t notice any feature changes at this point. More will most likely be introduced with the upcoming Windows 10 Redstone preview builds, which according to Microsoft itself, should arrive at a much faster pace starting in January. But there are three major known bugs in this build and everyone should be aware of that. For example, language packages and Features on Demand cannot be installed for the moment, while application defaults will be reset and Music and Video, for example, will now launch Windows Media Player. Of course, you can manually reconfigure everything. No progress dialog is being shown for copying, deleting, or moving files, Microsoft said, but each process will be completed successfully. Obviously, you won’t know when it’s finished, so make sure you give it enough time to complete, especially in the case of large files or folders. For the moment, Windows 10 build 11082 is only available for insiders enrolled in the fast ring, but soon as these problems are fixed, it could arrive for slow ring users too. By then the beta phase will be over . They are going to have all there test monkeys testing this as fast as they can, so they will be able to sell it once July 2016 rolls around , Then its up to the public will it ever sell . 2 years of betas just to please the computer gods . and if the gods are not on M$ side and it ends up like windows 8 they will have think of something new.
