vissha
Anonymous Shuts Down Websites for Two Airports in Japan to Protest Against Dolphin KillingsOther targets were also hit in the following daysHackers linked to the Anonymous group carried out a series of DDoS attacks on the websites of Japan's two of the busiest airports, as JapanToday is reporting. The attacks took place on October 10 and targeted the websites of Tokyo's Narita airport and Nagoya's Chubu airport. Both websites were down for around eight hours, and flights were not affected.According to Japan authorities, the DDoS attacks had been announced in advance on one of Anonymous' Twitter accounts, one day earlier. The attacks resumed the following days, and continued through this past weekend, with other websites being targeted as well.Later victims included the websites of the Japan National Tourism Organization, Japan's Fishermen Union, and the town of Taiji (Wakayama region).Taiji's municipality website had also been previously DDoSed in early September. The town of Taiji was made famous by The Cove documentary, being the place where dolphins were driven into a small bay and slaughtered in mass by Japanese fishermen. In the same time interval, the Anonymous division in charge of the #OpSeaWorld and #OpKillingBay campaigns also DDoSed the website of the Sochi Aquarium (for stealing orcas from the wild), along with other targets from Denmark, Iceland, and France, for various reasons related to animal abuse. The Anonymous group has been recently on a campaign against animal abuse websites and organizations.Twitter Posts by Anonymous http://twitter.com/_RektFaggot_/status/652545257314324480/photo/1http://twitter.com/_RektFaggot_/status/652855406587441152/photo/1http://twitter.com/_RektFaggot_/status/654632579140841474/photo/1http://twitter.com/_RektFaggot_/status/655387130575912960/photo/1http://twitter.com/_RektFaggot_/status/655503384691261441/photo/1 Source-1Source-2Source-

Cereberus
DOLPHIN!! WHALE!!!i think the japan country's policy on dolphins and whales is pretty retarded. And we all know their hunting in the name of science is just facade. whether it's for commercial gain, or a superiority complex of not wanting to be told what to do by the international community though it is morally wrong.... i don't claim to know what is going through their heads when they came up with their policy on this...a bit alarmed they targeted airports. hope they at least have the common sense to NOT hack the air traffic tower control that supervises planes landing, departure, and those already in the air. jeopardizing human lives is just plain terrorism :/
