VPN Which VPN service do you use?

I use two VPN services. Both are included free of charge in my Usenet access. I am very satisfied with the speed. And if I cannot trust my Usenet provider, who can I trust?

I am using Nord Vpn,

all is ok,

real problem is when i start laptop, fan noise too much,

i even tried to nord vpn not start with windows, but after running nord vpn, then fan noise too much,

i even deleted all other vpns, but same issues..

Connect Nord and check Task Manager if any program consumes CPU a lot.
