Dear friends,

Nowadays our privacy is very important.
I am interested to know which VPN service do you use and which is the best according to your opinion.
Not to all vpn services are enough secure.
Recently, has been discovered that HotSpot Shield in some cases could show your real ip. Have a look here :

Tunnel Bear works well and is simple

I just tried it 30 minutes ago and you are quite right. Problem is, its like Cyberghost. When I change location it asks me to what network I wish to connect too. Home or public. SafeIP doesn't do that.

It also messed up my Palemoon browser. I lost the way I made it look. Which got me to try out the new Macrium Reflect. It was much faster to restore it this way then going again manually.

Beta testing a wonderful VPN for a Developer who has not yet introduced the same to the General public - hence, the name of this VPN does not figure on the first post. ^_^

Larry thanks a lot for IP leak info and site, I thought just Zenmate! now Hotspot shield too! This is really bad

NB: BTW not only for Android, For windows too!

NB2: I'm now really confused!, Even OpenVPN + FrootVPN leaks my real IP!

For anyone wanting to know if his VPN is leaking the real IP or not here is the Larry's Link: https://diafygi.github.io/webrtc-ips/

To check the found IPs locations you can use: http://myip.ms/ or http://en.utrace.de/

WebRTC IP leak is a browser security flaw, affecting only browsers with WebRTC enable by default. Nothing to do with what VPN you using. Many VPN services already address this issue sometime ago
Opera, Mozilla base, Chrome base browsers are affected

To disable WebRTC in Firefox settings ~ type ‘about:config’ into the search bar and go to the ‘media.peerconnection.enabled’ option and double-click it set to FALSE

uod4W1u.jpg

For Chrome use CG WebRTC Block Ext https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/cyberghost-vpn-webrtc-blo/fcacplgecnjoapkgbbfdijidojncpijc

Once done, regardless of what VPN you using. You're safe from https://diafygi.github.io/webrtc-ips/

PS. HideAllIP is NOT running full VPN protocol. While It claims your torrent client is auto protect which is bullshit
No5JGW8.jpg

You see your actual IP by adding these trackers to your torrents in client when running "auto protect" by HideAllIP

Pale Moon doesn't have WebRTC, so no security problems here

I have several, I use them on occasion. Usually when I need to be recognized as a particular Country or Region in order to access certain sites. No one with good computer skills should need to use a VPN or any 3rd party software to hide their IP for everyday surfing. While their country/state/region and even their provider may still be "visible" I really dont see that as a problem, unless you are living on Easter Island or some such place.

Here I am, come and get me. The problem is "me", I mean who am I, sometimes even I forget. If an admin gets the rep for banning members on hunches alone, then the site will inevitibly suffer from "bad press", along with the fact that banning is really a "dinosaur" as in "old news" that really doesnt hold weight in todays technology.

OK moving on.

you got this in before I bailed so will reply. Who am I? What am I hiding from? How many times round for me is this? The fact is that you do not know. I could tell you that until the day I signed that I never heard of nsane. I did in fact here of November_Ra1n, as he transends this forum and is actually important elsewhere, and not just in his own mind as seems to be the case here with some. A horses ass? maybe, but then a horse is a noble creature of which I would be more than proud to be any part of! Now I am going to bed. Good night and sweet dreams!

but november rain never acted like floppy.... floppy went out of his way to be a horses ass... hopefully this incarnation of him will not do the same and be welcome to stay...and you know very well the context meaning of horses ass..and it ain't noble to act the way floppy was under all other names...stay and enjoy the site and to be the noble parts of the horse

Alternatively use SafeScript, working for WebRTC block
