They only cares about the "points", "bucks", or whatever be the reward they get in return. It truly works like a gem and never gets blacklisted. I've tried it. You can extract, extract and run so all the pro features are working. It has a lot of additional values, i.e., useless data as well.Provided you have a real working key, the data you should backup into a reg. file should be the seven "ID" values, located in the "HKCU\Software\Smart Projects\IsoBuster" root key.By the way, the cracked posted by knowledge, had a different hash than the resultant one from Nemo's patch.
