actually no. putin's plane was flying on the same corridor at the time and since both planes look almost identical at the expected distance, it was most obviously a mistake.. with all the BS going on in ukraine atm, what's the need for a scandal of such magnitude...on purpose?

I don't think anyone believes *Russia* bought the aircraft down....Its between the Ukraine government\Defence services or *Russian Militants*...If it was the militants the question is where did they obtain the BUK surface to air missile system?....That would almost certainly point to Russia, therefore Russia will have accountability in this horror.

Why would a plane fly obove that region when EU released an international warning months ago that it is to last until the middle of the next year, and restricted any flight without their permission over that region..

There is a "International Air Corridor" crossing that area at 30,000 Ft and apparently 600 plus aircraft had used that same corridor this week and there was a lot of other Aircraft in that corridor at the same time. There is a International Body that had given clearance for that route to be used but because of the incident they have now closed it redirecting aircraft to another Route but it makes the route longer.

It was the CIA, trying to frame Putin. The Malaysian airline colours also closely resembles the Russian presidential airline so maybe the CIA thought they were shooting down Putin. It's difficult enough to snipe someone from 1000ft so small militant groups do not have the capability to hit a target at 33,000ft while cruising at high speed. Those liberals are enraged over at the US because Putin agreed to write off 90% of Cuba's $32bn (£19bn) Soviet-era debt to reopen Lourdes spy base in Cuba. It seems weird that Ukrainian gov imediately asked for another penalties against Russia, like they knew who shot it down. So how come they can make such statement if the investigators didn't even had time to reach the area crash... not taking into consideration that the plane didn't have any reason to be there since the flights in that area were restricted by the European Union for more than 2 months.

Let me tell you what really happened.

Ukraine wants to make their conflict with Russia more international, with this accident, because the people who died in that plane crash, didn't have anything to do with Russia or Ukraine, they were all foreigners. This trigers some international laws that involve more countries in the conflict. Exactly what Ukraine and US wants, because not too many countries were pro to participate in fining Russia.

If this won't work, what will be the next move? It's scary to think about it.

before this happens why they not warn the pilot to re-route to other direction
I'm know as the route under all flight by Air Traffic Control departure or destination ..
in the mid range they used HF (high frequency) to Communicate between the

ATC and the flight, if they lose control, it's mean lose the Flight.
