Merely deleting the registry will not restore your activation - you need to reactivate IDM again (using your favorite method.) ;)

So I can use these keys and not need a fix ? If they were valid I would not need one :) As far as using a fix with a key if its a good fix I dont think matters unless the key has been blacklisted in the installer because it was in a patch that worked a very long time. I used a key from internet.download.managerv4.03.keygen-explosion from (2004) this time and it works just fine with the retail version and ips blocked.

Yes because Win Lic checks the key online witch would make them not valid keys correct? There no better than keys in a Keygen or Patch.

When I test the patch It registered here but I got a fake serial popup even though I clean the serial out before patching .. I have 2 days trial left it says . Maybe patch only works for trail version? I know on retail I get a fake serial popup

Im going to uninstall it with TU now like iih1 says do and try the trial version and patch again and see if I get a fake serial pop up.

Ok.. thanks for this keygen.... for moment i have applied two different crack.. i have first executed the BabalPatch v6 on IDM.exe and after i have used the Reis 6.21.x update1 (this have patched so many point it's not founded by babelfish and the reis patch the IDMGrHlp.exe).

For now no fake serial popup has been appears...........

I have this same problems from old time ago..... sometime the IDM icon disappers from system tray but the IDM.exe and IDMTray.exe continue to work whitout problems.... i never found a really solution for this and it's appears only on windows 7....

every keys are the same except if u got/ purchased private key from tonec. why no one made a trial resetter for idm? , it will be better because we dont must worry about patch/fix any more

- with hosts, and now is firewall method: idm get block after restarting machine because i often use proxy to download and idm checking license via proxy

so i prefer trial reset to others

Ok I got BabalPatcher to work I even set my clock up 2 days and expired the trial even by just cleaning the key from the registry and using the trail version installer and the patch worked with no more popup . I did not have uninstall it with TU. I cleaned the key out , I just uninstalled the retail with windows uninstaller . Installed the trial version and patched it seems to work fine now. Its for the trail version only.

Activation status of IDM, using firewall does not get affected even if you are using a proxy or VPN. ;)

I'm one of those paranoid types I use a vpn 24/7 for a long time now.. Also I have Idm page set to use a proxy in Firefox and also even download installers from IDM via proxy in IDM . I never had no trouble with host blocks are blocking IPS using proxy . And I use a proxy and VPN at the same time lol.

Last time I had to reset my trial was when I was using host blocks and I tired register and it was calling home in IDM 6.20 Build 1 I had to reset the trail and turn my net off to regstier

(blocking IPs solves this though) it no longer can call home .

I just deleted the key posted here and it worked.
