geeteam
The latest beta version of the popular Android homescreen replacement Nova Launcher boasts a fresh coat of paint with the addition of “L Preview” visual goodies. The new visuals of the launcher include a new look for the homescreen folder preview, the L-release app drawer icon and a new app animation. There are changes under the hood, too, but they are mainly optimizations and bug fixes. Still, Kevin Barry, the developer behind Nova Launcher has included tuning for the L-preview release, so those of you rocking it should have a smoother sailing with the launcher from now on. Follow the link below if you want to join the Nova Launcher beta program or you can get the apk file. Rok
Welcome Nova to Lollipop (a.k.a. Android L, or "Android 5.0") world. There are already many launchers available based on KitKat Launcher such as: Google Now Launcher, Trebuchet etc. Been waiting to see when Nova gets "OK Google." Actually, i had given S3 to my sister, and sometimes back, she had disabled "OK Google" under Nova settings. That's the reason, it was not working on Nova. ;) Edited July 3, 2014 by Rok
geeteam
ENABLE "OK GOOGLE" ON ANY LAUNCHERGuys, Android L and ART is in its beta stages. You expect thing to like just like that ;) it needs sometime prior to testing and integration. BTW a recognised developer from xda-forum provided a hack on how to make "OK GOOGLE" work on any launcher. :doctor: still searching, i just skipped the app. You should be on the latest version of Google Search, Google Now and then the latest Google Play ServiceFrom the homescreen Goto Settings->Voice->"OK Google Detection" [X] From Google Search app )( mark it.Enjoy :) :) :) Edited July 3, 2014 by geeteam
