Theres a huge difference between what the Brazilian Government wants to do and most peoples take on the article. myidisbb is prolly closest to truth, but still off. The Brazilian government doesnt want to "steal" stuff. They want to use exisiting product and let there own companies develop it making THEM (ie Brazil) a bigger economic force! Money makes the world turn.... live with it.@BB, the drug companies make drugs... NOT countries. These COMPANIES may have locations in countries.
