AlexCross Posted October 13, 2013 Share Posted October 13, 2013 (edited) did you activate it online ? because I've error that my ID serial not found ?lol..i always activate offline..since i have offline activation code...for that....also my license is a genuine one...Mine is genuine too. but the whole site is sound offline support system they have new one and they chat always away.If you got it from that promo with the GOLDUPTOV10 code, the keys have been blocked for about 1 month. I talked with them at the phone almost every day for a week, submitted 6 tickets, talked with them on the site chat etc,. They do not take the blame for the error on their site, they won't give you the offline activation code, they treat you like you did something wrong.If you insist they will try to sell you their product with a discount.
