I think I am able to hit 200% because, as I usually do, I use the mouse wheel to do it.

Using the GUI to click and adjust the volume (something I rarely do) does stop at 125%.

this is imposible, so many years they can't make adequate mixer for headphone, realy dont understand how this could be true

olmost all video with 5.1 audio stream, and if u use this grap player and headphones u never hear subwoof chanel, what kinde of cause can change rhis situation

vlc lovers, who use phones, could be found easily 5.1 video test file in gygle and will see what i'm talking about

oh, sorry for that flood, it could be fixed in preference>audio:) but in this player brightness more than default, like in crystal player

just test it, crash in first minute, if u found settings for good mixture 5.1 2 stereo, simple stereo wont work with sound, dont understand why this player so popular

There's a bug I think in version 2.1.0.

It fails to remember the settings once you close and re-open the program.

Open settings, goto 'advanced' and say, untick 'use audio' - save the settings, close the program.

Now... re-open VLC, and viola - audio back upto 100%.

It seems version 2.1.0 is not able to play back videos using the WMV3 format

when the previous versions could play this format without issues.

When playing back a video in WMV3 format, you now get a error from VLC

Media Player saying something about:

No suitable decoder module:

VLC does not support the audio or video format "WMV3". Unfortunately there is no way for you to fix this.

Has anybody else notice this with the version?

I hope they haven`t done away with support for WMV3 format because

there's a lot of videos using this format.
