Old news on the net for some of us :PIt should be priced lower than the Xperia L, which retails for under $300 (unlocked) here in India. Both use Qualcomm S4 Plus chipsets - MSM 8227 in the XL as opposed to the MSM 8230 in the XM with NFC. Has a smaller 4" screen as opposed to the larger 4.3" for the XL (same res @ 854x480, 16:9 aspect ratio). Also only a 5MP cam as opposed to an 8 MP sensor in the bigger XL. Only HSDPA - no LTE in either :(So yeah, it's prolly gonna be priced at just around $220 (unlocked) for the single SIM variant to fill in the space between the Xperia E ($150) and the Xperia L ($290) where Sony doesn't have anything to compete with the Optimus L7 II and the upcoming Galaxy Ace :yes:The other story in the mid-segment is the upcoming release of the slightly more expensive Optimus L9 II - 720p 4.7" IPS screen with Snapdragon 400, 1080 p recording and JB 4.1 (Meaning obvious official Key Lime Pie) :rockon:It will compete with the Xperia L and the upcoming Galaxy Express on paper, but in reality will beat them silly with it's specs if LG can just price it right :DNote: All prices mentioned are approximate retail prices here in India - not MSRP/MRP
