Atreus
I will try it as soon as he decides to post here !mmm jofre , i think that we should take a better look at his signature :sneaky: ;) Is it that hard to double click the NL shortcut on the desktop, if the update fails? For me? No. For computer illiterate family and friends I've set it up for, that previously had no intervention needed? Yes.

Riony
There's a little bug in Marsufix 2.6 - 32xIt installs the regx32 in the windows folder. However, the installer creates an entry pointing to regx64 instead of regx32. I changed manually and It worked. And thanks for your effort marsu ;) ! harpua
If you are going to schedule Nodlogin instead of just running it manually to save their server bandwidth, I think instead of scheduling Nodlogin to run after the successful update of the virus signature database, just setting it to run on a timed basis, perhaps every 12 hours or so (or whatever you want), should probably be sufficient and more effective than the other way. Bizarre™
@harpua:I set NodLogin to run every 24 hours, but that's a 'just-in-case' :)
LeetPirate
If you use Nodlogin 9.9b, which is on Frontpage with explanation done by @kotaxor about how to schedule it (Nodlogin )then you dont need to disable Self-defense. I dont like that too. All others "medicines" need to disable Self-Defense for now. With ESET self-defense disabled, your computer isn`t prepared to avoid that an expert hacker can enter on your PC.That can happens even if some people say that is a remote possibility. cheersJofreAll users of NodLogin please remember to only schedule NodLogin to run at most 1 time per 24 hours. Last time there were too many users running NodLogin multiple times per day and the server could not handle the amount of bandwidth so the author had to stop access. Please remember that you are using NodLogin and its servers for free and the Author has no money to fund high bandwidth servers so have some consideration for the Author and all the other users before you idiotically schedule NodLogin to run more than once per day. In fact you could put it to run every 3 days and things will still be fine.

KotaXor
What is the advantage of using nodlogin or nodenable over the various passwords on nod321<dot>com?Clarify your question please. If manually inserting u/p is fine with you, go ahead.
harpua
The advantage is NLI or NE automatically finds and inserts the UN & PWs for you, if, and only if/when, necessary, although the task can be run manually or scheduled. Either way, it's quite a bit easier than doing the whole thing manually yourself.

Bizarre™
Your OS is probably blocking the script.I had this problem before, and the only solution that got me through was running the file on a different PC with nod32.I found out later that my main PC had D+ enabled, and it was doing its job blocking suspicious processes.
