If you extracted to a directory called “cispremium_installer_x64” find the following file:cispremium_installer_x64\cis\download\installs\xml_binaries\cis\cis_setup_x64.msi3. From the All Programs bit of your start screen (right click on it) choose to run a command prompt as an administrator, by highlighting it and selecting this option from the bottom of your screen.4. Copy the path of the file in Step 2 using your ribbon, paste it in after the command prompt and hit return.5.
