Which version of Mara fix did you use ?

1.7 :lol: that error appeared only after windows 8.1. never had it from windows 7.

Actually I tested mara-fix 1.7 on Windows 8 pro and it's working flawlessly ..

I have not tested it on Windows 8.1 yet :P ..

Maybe I will test it later for you ;)

maybe you need to uninstall using the manual remover

I use ESET AV only.

TNOD was not working for a while, and I tried the latest Box Mara fix.

This placed the AV in trial mode.

It worked fine for a while - but expires - and then if I unfix & fix again it resumes.

TNOD is now again working, so I would like to use it without the trial mode anymore.

I un-fix using the Box Mara, and it stays in trial mode ?!?

Using a u/pw combo from TNOD does not place it into full/regged mode.

I hope someone here knows how to get it out of trial mode after this without having to remove/reinstall it.

One last detail:

Please don't hammer me for using ESET v3.x => it is my preference to use the oldest, lightest still supported version.

(I used 2.7 until it was killed off and it was fine.)

try insert the license through TNOD

then,open eset > Help and Support > there should be an option to verify the license

or go to Setup > Product Activation

Tried that, and here is what happens (in the image):

I have no idea what else to try and don't really want to uninstall it just to correct whatever the fix did to it...

see whether you can unfix again

or you need to gain permission to that registry then you can upgrade to full version

TNOD works well with all ESET versions

disable ESET before run TNOD

or add exclusion and whitelist:
