Came across this alternative registration method,

install

block access to the Internet

License.dat file copied to the folder with the program

c: \ Program Files \ Total Uninstall 6 \

and the file in the folder Program Options.xml

c: \ ProgramData \ Martau \ Total Uninstall 6 \

in principle, should work

Thanks tezza, I tested your method and it's working as well. Just need to go into option afterward and change the language back to English and it's good to go. Registry Trash Key Finder is probably the best method but it wiped out my laptop keyboard shortcut so having this alternative is definitely a life saver.

I did everything

Uninstall the program

Use Registry Trash Keys Finder

Disable internet

Register the program successfully

Block firewall with windows firewall [tu.exe and tuagent.exe]

I also added host file In their system to address WINDOWS \ system32 \ drivers \ etc

127.0.0.1 www.martau.com

After connect internet open the program there after program close and reopen itself and i get this screen!

I think you may need a stronger firewall madeinheaven. I used the built-in one from Avast IS and that works great. You might need to take a look at comodo firewall or so if you are planning to go separate route (AV/FW vs Security Suite). There's also a real good program call Internet Lock posted by Jofre that you could try as well. Good luck.

Internet Lock 5.3
