I always wondered how come they don't release some sort of update , this way you always have to uninstall old version first then setup the new one, and of course the biggest pain is to configure all of the settings again :frusty:

I only install on top of prior version? What settings are you talking about? Mind you I'm happy with the "old" drivers for my Xonar Essence audio card on my main computer, so ain't doing much of updates :)

When I run the new version of the setup file, it always asks me to uninstall first previous version (it does that for me) , then it requires reboot and upon reboot it auto-install new version.

Another reboot and all previous settings are gone.

Settings are not that hard to remember but you know ... I just wonder why they make it like that, that's all.
