EAH5670/DI/1GD5 Advice for AMD build Phenom x3

Hi, I am getting rid of my gigabyte 4850 zalman GPU, and getting something compatible with ASUS EPU (energy saving and OC soft), (my mobo is M4n78Pro) and I am running xp 32bit via Phenom x3 tricore.

Do you think a wise choice for 70$?

My 4850 is 512mb I am hoping to notice a pick me up with the 1gb ram, as 3gb of my 4gb can only be utilized from pc RAM (xp), and I think GPU ram comes in separate to this limit so should bump it up a little?

Also 4850zl is loud (before), esp I snapped a fan blade with my knuckle.. but super glued it back on and it is running fine... quite cool I think the turbulence of glue on the blades is adding to the air movement haha.

I am wondering about this card, I don't know alot about it... or do you see another option here:
