are you using IDM (Internet Download Manager)? you should add *proxy.nsanedown.com* to address exception list at file types tab.

  • 2 weeks later...

The link is working but when you download keygen it points you to here:

for instructions. In this post everything is removed. So, no use.

It is slightly confusing that Diskeeper listing. It is kind of mixing two different fixes.

shajt's patch does not need the keygen really. You install it as trialware (check I cannot find the License File and want to install Diskeeper as trialware). And then run the patch. It comes out registered to nsane. The keygen could be used to change the name it is registered to though.

I doubt that the old keygen (with that patched tab.dll file) would work by itself. To clear the confusion we could remove the keygen from the listing since its only useful for changing that nsane registration.

Thanks for the clarifications, in fact I did the same thing later and it worked. I agree it's a little confusing and also in the shajt's path it doesn't say anything about the trialware either.

Well, yeah... it doesn't say anything about trialware but I thought that's understandable by default :)

But indeed that keygen in FP is not needed and can be confusing.

All my work here is done for promoting nsane as a community , not myself.

If I have it licensed for nsane that's for a reason , if someone wants to change license name then they should look for it somewhere else.

I can make the patch easier, meaning... releasing only 2 patches (one for x86 and the other for x64) instead of 4 patches , only change would be that I would include serial numbers and activation codes for both Enterprise and Pro Premier versions, then user would have to manually enter them.

I don't know, I can't find any motivation for cracking apps I'm afraid. , I don't think it's worth it anymore, not to mention the time invested.

I'll probably retire and maybe some young guns will show up and replace my old a$$ -_-
