can anyone help with this issue:

i followed the included instructions to the letter, but when i click "purge">install>disable self defence/exit> there is no "extract" option!! Where did the extract button go?! the program doesn't show the extract button :(

help! i dont wanna get any viruses! :( or am i going mad?
