* Advanced disinfection technology has also been improved. The AVPTool utility can be downloaded now. It scans the computer if any errors have been encountered when installing the application, thus giving rise to suspicions that the computer had been infected.

Thanks to a more efficient processing of installation errors detected when the computer is suspected of being infected, the rollback procedure has been improved for installation complicated by errors.

* The Rescue Disk creation service has been improved: an ISO image file can now be recorded on a CD or a USB data medium.

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS -- Including FIX Instructions.

Please do not skip any steps, even reboots

01] uninstall KIS 2011 if installed (use uninstaller given in [bouns] folder)

02] Reboot >> Restart your computer (Important)

03] Run "kis11.0.2.556en.exe" as administrator to start Installation

04] Follow through the installation, leave everything default.

Remember to uncheck

"I agree the terms of participation in Kaspersky Security Network".

05] After Installation, Activate 30days trail version, and run update center.

06] When updates completed,

Go to > Settings > general Settings > Uncheck (Disable) "Enable Protection"

Go to > Settings > Cardboard Box (icon) > Self-Defense > Uncheck (Disable) "Enable Self-Defense"

07] Open KIS 2011 and go to license manager (click on License at right bottom)

In license manager you can find a key like this "0577-0004CE-XXXXXXXX"

Beside this Key there will be a red "X" mark, use it to remove existing trail License

Just a quick question regarding el crabe's new fix... can I apply it first and then use the 2048 days crack? Is that how it works (prevents black listing of the keys?)

I was initially using Kaspersky but ran into problems with "application must be re-installed".... :(

I had a go with this crack, and whilst it worked fine, when I restarted and updated, Kaspersky wouldn't start up any more!

In waiting a working exploit, I use Trial Resetter, it's safer ;)

acc to my experience my suggestion is use only trial resetters.dont go for blacklist appl or someother.not safe or not recommended.nice thread btw...

The update prevents the use of the exploit, after reboot, the software is unusable : ( and we have to reinstall it ...

Yeh fudge, came to the same conclusion... except long way around.

Might stick with eset though!!
