Since I'm eager to get a functional build out in all cases, I'm removing the duration until I get it properly debugging. This problem could have existed in the last final and slipped by QA due to insufficient testing of duration based watchdog events. Looking at the code, I don't see the malfunction, so will have to walk through it.It also has a number of other changes, and the addition of an optional 'startup delay' for Process Lasso itself.
