Or Will it mess it up?to just do the repair option the answer is no it will not mess up. it will either allow you or not allow you to use a pro cd to repair your older xp home.now if you want to upgrade or do a fresh installment using xp pro you could do that. you would need the older xp home key though along with pro key.
