jalaffa
"smart" Hmm, so would it be 64-bit compatible?Yes. They've replaced the separate 32-bit & 64-bit installers into one. PS. Browsing the install folder I have a feeling that this is all what this update is about.

Administrator DKT27 Posted April 6, 2011 Administrator Share Posted April 6, 2011 Yea I saw that. But then again, why the hell do you stop people from configuring it? I tested my mouse via Logitect Connect and it detects it fine. So what's the deal to not to allow people to configure a in-production product. :blink:And it never detected my keyboard. -_-
toyo
X64 version does not run on my system. I mean, it runs, but exits in a sec without any message. I have a Performance MX and a Wave Keyboard, but I don't think it matters.
jalaffa
You mean the smart version ain't? Because there is no specific x64 version for my setup.
toyo
It installed from the smart setup, but version numbers remained the same. Not a big deal with Setpoint, Logitech should be ashamed of this software. Well, maybe they'll get it done in the future.
Nevermore673
Has anyone had an issue with this installer? I'll post a screenshot of what I get when I open it. Any suggestions?
toyo
Uninstall, clean, reinstall. If the problem persists, I'd contact Support. It will probably take them 2 days if you mail and not phone them, but they'll do their best to solve this. Also, take the batteries out of every Logitech gear and put them back. and reset transceivers if possible. You can also try to shut down your antivirus while you install, so it won't mess with the process.
