Help Needed: Windows 7 Database Error

[T4C Fantasy]

Windows 7 is in almost every way better than Vista, except for one thing, its legacy database reading capibilities, I need help in solving my problem with my game server's MDB file, Windows 7 shuts off the server the second it starts up, the database is from 1998-2004 roughly, Windows Vista runs the server perfectly, why can't Windows 7?

also if MDB is the problem how can i convert my MDB to SQL so it works in windows 7?
