Hey guys, fortunately the update went perfectly from 3.6.15 to 4. If anyone is leary about doing it cause of compatibity issues or whatever reasons,

I strongly suggest trying out Mozbackup

http://mozbackup.jasnapaka.com

Saved my bacon a few times, lol.

i have one weird problem.

whenever i typed a url in address bar, firefox doesn't show suggestion of websites i had visited.

let say i visited nsanedown, then i close my firefox or open a new tab, then typing "nsane" won't show anything.

i have to type all url again.i don't like to use bookmark.

any idea how to fix this?

maybe your firefox doesnt remember the history

go to option >> privacy >> firefox will remember history

Some of the more important add-ons I use are still showing as incompatible with v4 RC1. I wonder if all will be working for the v4 final.

Fonts with hardware acceleration still not fixed. I see many people complaining. On benchmark hardware acceleration givers Firefox a huge boost, but my eyes hurts because of fonts. So, I had to disable acceleration. But still, it feels much better then v3.6. All addons I need are working, or have working beta version.

Cheers ;)

go to option >> privacy >> firefox will remember history

it is originally set that way "firefox will remember history" when installed.

i didn't do any changes.any other idea why?and i haven't clear my history yet.

Reinstalled and it fixed my problem.I guess it had conflict with my previous portable firefox.

thanks.
