Wonder if 2010 serial works with this one. I got one as a giveaway offer...

Older licenses don`t work. The reason is this imho:

All users who have bought the current 2010 version during December or January, or who will buy it in February will be able to update to the 2011 version without any upgrade fee.

The second one`s issue date was edited to make it valid again.

Regarding the False Positive from Comodo, you can fix it within Comodo.

add it here CIS ---> Defense+ ---> Defense+ Settings ---> Execution control Settings ---> Detect shellcode injections (i.e. Buffer overflow protection) ---> Exclusions ---> Add ---> Browse for JV16PT.exe Drag it over and click apply.
